Drawing on the abundance of local ingredients—from the coastline to the forests and mountains of Epirus—the θamõn team applies contemporary techniques while keeping every dish simple and authentic at its heart.

Our team will work closely with you to create a tailored menu and select wines from our list that perfectly complement your event.
The menu will be designed around seasonal ingredients, creative dishes and daily selections, all adapted to meet your guests’ needs.
We embrace a sharing concept, with dishes served at the centre of the table so that everyone can enjoy as many flavours as possible. If your guests have any dietary preferences or allergies, our team will gladly adapt the menu and provide suitable alternatives.

θamõn is housed in a distinctive 19th-century building inspired by neoclassical architecture, with characteristic medieval, Byzantine and Eastern influences.
The space has been designed to convey a sense of understated elegance. Our open kitchen welcomes you with the warmth of our chefs, allowing you to watch modern Epirus-inspired dishes come to life.
A private indoor area on the first floor offers the privacy you desire. Earthy tones and natural materials—olive, stone, wood and sand—define every part of the restaurant.
Plants are harmoniously integrated throughout the space, adding an extra sense of tranquillity while bringing contemporary design and tradition together.
Our outdoor area lies between the atmospheric cobbled lane of Evergeton Stournara Street and the central Averoff Street, which leads towards Lake Pamvotida.
